The winner of the 15 hole Sunday competition was Charlie Farrell with 39 points. Liam McNeill was in second place with 36 points. Paddy Hewitt was the winner of this week’s Christmas turkey competition with 24 points. Chloe O’Connor was the winner of the ladies’ weekly 9 hole competition with 21 points. Kay Ruane was in second place with 20 points. Charlie McDonnell won the Over 55s competition on Thursday. John Neilan was in second place and John Martin was in third place. The Over 55s men’s Christmas dinner takes place on December 11^th at 5pm. The winner of the ladies’ competition was Margaret Egan with Detta Cox in second place. June Halliday was in third place and Kay Ruane was in fourth place. The qualifying round of the men’s Winter League finished on Sunday and eight teams are through to the play-offs. The weekly turkey competitions continue in December and on December 21^st a great gathering will take place in the clubhouse for all the November/December presentations.
