Other news: Well done to Thomas Higgins on his first tournament as a professional when he carded rounds of 74 and 71 but he finished outside the cut mark at the Amgen Irish Open in Doobeg last week. Thomas will now focus his attention on gaining a card for the DP World Tour at the qualifying school in Spain next month.
