We are pleased to inform you that Roscommon GC has recently received a Golf Ireland/Sport Ireland Resilience Fund Grant of €20,000. Our grant application was approved for a combination of course works, clubhouse repairs and defibrillator purchase.
We are all looking forward to a safe return to golf and, in the meantime, we would like to update you on whats happening at the moment:-
– Our course staff are presently working on hollow tining the greens and expect to
complete the task this week.
– Clubhouse roof repairs almost complete.
– The club has made application under the 2020 Sport Capital Grants for 2 projects
under the headings of course development and equipment.
Many of our members have paid their annual subscription and we would be grateful if all outstanding subscriptions are kindly paid at the earliest opportunity.
In the meantime, we hope all our members continue to stay safe and look forward to a potential course re-opening early next month.
