Nestled in the heart of Ireland, Roscommon Golf Club has been a cornerstone of the local sporting community since 1904

A Proud Heritage Since 1904
Originally set out as a nine-hole course on the scenic Mote Park Estate, the club has since evolved into a stunning 18-hole championship course set across 6,067 metres. Mature trees from the original estate line the fairways, joined by thoughtfully placed new planting and picturesque water features that enhance both the visual appeal and strategic play.
Designed to suit all abilities, the course is known for being fair but testing — forgiving enough for high handicappers while providing a true challenge for low handicappers and scratch golfers. With a par of 72 (73 for ladies), each hole offers something unique, from sweeping doglegs to beautifully framed greens.
Off the course, visitors can enjoy a warm welcome in the modern clubhouse, which features a full-service bar and restaurant overlooking the 18th green. Whether you’re finishing a round, meeting friends for a drink, or planning a society outing, the relaxed atmosphere and quality hospitality make Roscommon Golf Club more than just a place to play — it’s a place to belong.
The club hosts regular open days and welcomes visitors and societies all year round. Come for the golf, stay for the experience — and discover why so many return to Roscommon Golf Club time and again.
