Congratulations to the club Fred Parry team who defeated Swinford in the Connacht final on Saturday. The match was 2-2 after day one but Roscommon won 3-1 last Saturday.
The team Captain was Eugene Finneran assisted by Kieran Madden, Bob McCormack and Ollie Dempsey. The team members were Seamus Beirne, Kevin Glynn, Charlie Farrell, Michael Healy, Sean McGahon, Willie Doyle, Tom Farrell, Peter Geraghty, Seamus O’Donaighle, Michael Sharkey Gerry Finn and Noel Sharkey.
This is the first time that the club have ever won this title so well done to everyone concerned.
