Results
The benign weather over the weekend encouraged over fifty golfers to take part in the men’s competition. Results of the 15-hole competition: 1st, Tom Costello, 36 pts; 2nd, Paul Hoare, 34 pts; Gross, Tom Higgins, 31 pts; Junior, Fionn Hoare, 33 pts.
The first round of the Winter League is nearing completion and some teams have started the second round. Some very good scores have been returned for the first round. P. J. Higgins and George Burke have a great score of 179 pts, going into the second round.
The Turkey Competition for last week was won by Ollie Hannon with 23 pts.
