The mens competition sponsored by Hynes pharmacy was won by Tom Higgins Snr with 35 pts, John Carr was second with 35 pts, Tom Grealy won the Gross with 28 pts, Ken Duggan was third with 35 pts. The ladies club competition was won by Mary Lalor with 38 pts. The senior ladies was won by F. Penny with K. Ruane in second. Hard luck to the ladies junior cup team who were unfortunately beaten in the All Ireland Finals.
